About Me
I edited a national award winning community cookbook, "Picnic with the Pops," and my goal is to provide you with the same type of straightforward, no surprise recipes that won the award for our group.
Hi! I'm Beth Hall. I share my life on our farm with my husband, Jeff, and animals both large and small. Mama always said to eat dessert first and I took her words to heart. I love to bake all types of desserts and equally love the comforting aroma of freshly baked bread in my kitchen. I sometimes like decadent desserts, but often want to bake small versions just for the two of us. Much of what I know about baking I learned from Mom, but I'm also a dedicated student of baking. My mother's understanding of baking science is rooted in her food and nutrition degree. I'll pass along Mom's best tips, as well as lessons I've learned along the way.
