About Me
I edited a national award-winning community cookbook, "Picnic with the Pops," and my goal is to provide you with the same type of straightforward, no-surprise recipes that won the award for our group.
I'm Beth Hall, and I share my life on our century-old Alabama farm with my husband, Jeff, and our animals, both large and small. In addition to editing one of the top community cookbooks, I also curated and edited a cherished family cookbook, "We Gather Together." I'm a lifelong baker with experience, knowledge, and a wide variety of recipes to share. Much of what I know about successful baking I learned from my mother. Her faultless understanding of baking science is rooted in her food and nutrition degree and honed over a lifetime of making fabulous baked goods. I'll pass along some of Mom's best tips and recipes, as well as the many valuable lessons I've learned along the way.
